A U.S. Marine commanding officer who attended Oregon State
University and two fellow Marines were among more than 20 people killed in an Iraq suicide attack.
Lt. Col. Max A. Galeai, 42, the commanding officer of the 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, died Thursday in the Anbar province of Iraq, about 30 miles west of Baghdad, according to the U.S. Marines.
It was a bad day for the Trucker from Texas and for the other folks involved.
I am glad that nobody died. I hope the reporter in this story learns the difference between a truck and a Pick up.

Marine LCPL Robert Crutchfield was home on leave from Iraq ,when he was robbed by two hoodlums in Cleveland Ohio.
They Shot him in the neck for Eight dollars and left him to die.
They were apprehended and were indicted in his death on June,26.
Our thoughts and prayers are given for his family and friends.
We also wish that the two robbers never see the light of freedom again.
